  Clean apartments, but a strong smell of smoke as previous guest obviously smoked in the apartment or on the balcony with the window open.
  
  Had awful issues with deposit (Was never informed upon booking that there was a deposit which is actually more than the price of the room itself). My card was strangely declined on the first try, but approved on the second try. I checked my bank balance when I got up to my room to find that the deposit had been taken out of my account twice even though my card was only accepted once.
  
  Its been a week and one of the deposits has gone back into my account however the second one has not. I have contaced Cordia daily for a week now and have had no luck with securing my deposit. The deposit has not been taken from my account but it is 'Pending' which renders it useless.
  
  I have been in contact with my bank in relation to same to sort it but a word of caution to all new visitors, pay your deposit with CASH.
