- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆06.02.2018Sam HowardI have just been on your Boots number holding for 32 minutes to try speak to someone about my glasses - I'm not blaming the people in Belfast but I feel that's just ridiculous far too long . There's only the one number a national number to get through on - if it has just cost me a fortune I will never shop here again . I always use this opticians and have a choice as this is now a competitive market but this has been ridiculous today . Very Fed up.
